Lombok Island: Indonesia’s New Economic Special Zone and the “Second Bali”
Recently designated as an Economic Special Zone, Lombok Island is often referred to as the “Second Bali.” With confirmed investment from the Asian Infrastructure Investment Bank (AIIB), the island has already launched key developments including five-star hotels and an F1-grade racing circuit. Compared to Bali, Lombok still offers vast land and enormous potential for future growth.
This special site visit tour is made possible through full support from Bamboo Lab, a leading company in bamboo architecture and sustainable development projects across Indonesia.
